Ma'ry'ya was founded in 2009 by fashion designer Maria Icho. The brand name was born from the fusion of the Italian word Maglia whose pronunciation is similar to Ma'ry'ya and of the designer Maria.
Simple, natural elegance that focuses on the excellence of raw materials and the naturalness of design. Icho's favorite yarns are cashmere, merino wool, organic cotton and linen, and silk. All pieces are designed in Japan and produced and processed in Italy.
